After completing his MBBS in 2002, Dr Biswas Sanjoy worked in hospitals and general practice in Bangladesh, up until his move to Australia in 2013. Continuing his studies, Dr Biswas completed his AMC and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in 2016 at the University of Sydney, finished his fellowship (FRACGP) under the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and then later received his Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.
Moving to Darwin in 2017, Dr Biswas worked as a General Practitioner and gained vast experience with diverse groups of peoples, including First Nations Peoples.
Relocating to Melbourne in May 2022, Dr Biswas now continues his love for being a General Practitioner at Forest Hill Medical & Dental Centre. With special interests in chronic disease management, child health, skin procedures, men’s and women’s health, musculoskeletal medicine, mental health and travel medicine, Dr Biswas’ approach is patient centred and holistic.
Outside of his love for general practice, Dr Biswas loves sports (an avid follower of cricket and soccer), he enjoys a variety of music, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
